The Shedd’s Acoustic Guitar Camp has been designed to meet the needs of students at all levels and skills and to provide superb instruction as well as inspiration. For one week, students will meet for four hours a day, receiving instruction in small group settings of 5-10 students during their chosen electives and ensemble groups, as well as exposure to different styles of guitar during the daily presentation of our diverse staff of instructors
Each morning begins with a time of students gathering and tuning instruments. Camp instructors will then lead campers into a group playing time and into their elective courses. After lunch the campers will play together in their experience-based small group ensembles and end the day with playing in the large group.
