Conductor & director John Haggard and the Northwest Advanced String Camp orchestra are joined by members of OFAM’s American Symphonia and the UO School of Music faculty members Fritz Gearhart and Leslie Straka for a classical tribute to George Gershwin and his contemporaries. Pieces will include several Gershwin works (including the beautiful Lullaby and a special version of Rhapsody In Blue), as well as works by Dvorak, Diamond and Williams.
