Ticketing Policies
Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket.
Exchanges. Tickets may be exchanged (with 24 hours notice) or replaced for a $2/ticket fee. We do not offer refunds: tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation. Ticket orders are subject to service fees.
Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.
OFAM 2011 Ticket Discounts!
Individual Package . Individual purchases of 3 to 5 different OFAM 2011 performances receive a ~10% discount and purchases of 6 to 8 different OFAM 2011 performances receive a ~15% discount. The Evening and Matinee Ticket Package prices represent a 15% discount. The Whole Shebang Package price reflects an approximate 20% discount.
Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 8+ tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 20+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.
Youth Discounts. Youth high school & younger receive a 50% discount, except to Let's Do It! jazz party (Thu, Aug 4).
Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are calculated per ticket.

Our home, The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts, hosts festival concerts in the 800-seat Jaqua Concert Hall. Lectures and films take place in the 200 seat The Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Living Room. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.

We use the Hult Center’s 2,400 seat Silva Concert Hall for many festival events and the Hult Center’s Studio for receptions. Structured pay parking is available west of the Center.
Getting To The Festival
The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Recital Hall entrances are on Broadway. Handicapped access is through the black iron gates. Free evening parking is available in the lots immediately North and NW of the building and there is nearby pay parking as well.
The Hult Center for the Performing Arts is located between 6th & 7th Avenues at Willamette Street.
