In 1956 West Coast jazz drummer Shelley Manne's trio, which included a young André Previn, recorded an album of jazz interpretations of My Fair Lady that proved to be one of the best selling jazz recordings of its day. Our jazz treatment of that classic score will feature Appleyard, Caiola, Denny, Stripling, Hyman, Miller and Capp with some vocals by Lenanne Sylvester. Tunes will include "On The Street Where You Live", "I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face", "Get Me To The Church On Time", "With A Little Bit of Luck" and others which have now become standards.

Event Personnel
Dick Hyman, piano
Frank Capp, percussion
Byron Stripling, trumpet
Doug Miller, bass
Peter Appleyard, vibes
Mike Denny, guitar
