An original member of The Shedd Institute's Emerald City Jazz Kings and a regular member of its musical theatre orchestras and other special projects, Nathan Waddell received both his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at the University of Oregon. Apart from his involvement with the Eugene Symphony, Eugene Opera, and other classical ensembles, Waddell also works extensively as a club musician playing Jazz, R&B, Blues, Salsa and Rock-’n’-Roll. His versatility has led to appearances with artists including Paul Winter, Albert Collins, Curtis Salgaldo, Mason Williams and Caliente.He teaches music classes at both Lane Community College and the University of Oregon.
