We dedicate Oregon Festival of American Music 2026 (both Winter and Summer) to an exploration and celebration of the extraordinary body of non-Songbook songs and music from throughout the world and byways of America which have made their way into the American popular music and jazz canons…and vice versa. Summer, entitled Beyond The Sea, will explore the musical crosscurrents and convergences broadly. Winter, I Love Paris, focuses on the extraordinarily rich intersection of France & the United States.
As usual Artistic Director Chuck Redd and company offer up 4 unique concerts and the Jazz Party on the final day of the festival (this year Sunday January 26 at 4 pm). And there will be talks films & a community sing along!
