OFAM 2026 Discounts
OFAM 2026 Individual Flex Packages. Purchase an individual package of 4 to 6 different OFAM 2026 performances and receive a ~10% discount. Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 8-19 tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 20+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.
Student Discounts. Students high school and younger receive a 35% discount. College students with a current student ID receive a 10% discount.
Discount Notes. Discounts cannot be combined. || Discounts are calculated per ticket and are rounded up the the nearest 25 cents. || Student tickets are already discounted and cannot be used towards other discount options (packages, groups sales, coupons, etc.).
Shedd Ticket Processing Fees
OFAM 2026 tickets purchased at The Shedd Ticket Office incur the following processing fees: (a) orders placed by phone or in person - no fee, (b) orders placed online - $4/order; (b) lost ticket replacement - $1/ticket; © ticket exchange - $1.50 if unprinted, $2 if printed; (d) mailing - $2.50, $8.50 expedited. Facility fee: 7%/order.
Ticketing Policies
All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price. || Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee. || Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility. || Other provisions. Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change. || Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. || Ticket is only good for seat specified. || Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. || The Shedd Institute is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or acquired from a second party. || Each Shedd Institute ticket is a revocable license; management reserves all rights.

All Festival activities take place at The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts. Concerts are in the 760-seat Jaqua Concert Hall. Lectures and films are in the 160 seat Sheffer Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Cole Gallery. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.
Getting To The Festival
The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Sheffer Recital Hall entrances are either (1) on East Broadway (access is through the black iron gates on East Broadway or (2) through The Shedd's new North Entrance (access is at our new entrance plaza facing The Shedd parking lot which has entrances on High and on 8th Ave.)
Limited free parking is available in The Shedd's lot immediately North of the building (enter from High St or East 8th Ave) and in the Pearl Street Parking Lot north of 8th Ave after 5 pm and on weekends. Paid parking is available in the lot south of our building (entrances on Pearl St and 7th Ave) and in various othe downtown Eugene lots.
Performance Rules
Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger others will result in immediate eviction from the premises. || No cameras, video or recording devices permitted on the premises. || Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, may not be used in the concert hall during the performance. || Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed. || Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.
