If your child has expressed an interest in performance of any kind, this is their camp! Junior Vaudeville is designed to embrace a broad range of skills and styles for budding actors, dancers, comedians, and singers! This is a camp for kids to learn all sorts of theatre styles and to learn that the stage isn’t such a scary place. Students will learn storytelling, spoken word, and acting, along with joke telling, slapstick, and the importance of timing in comedy. We will introduce them to songs from classic musical theatre, and include fun movement activities such as juggling, mime, tap dancing, and learning stage directions!
