Shannon is so happy to have found a place at The Shedd where she can share in bringing music into lives and out into the community. As Patron Services Coordinator she enjoys facilitating new musical experiences by assisting patrons with ticket orders to great concerts, welcoming students into the music school, and coordinating rentals.
