Caleb Standafer has had a long and distinguished career as a professional trombone player, music arranger, music educator, and jazz-dance band leader. His band, the Starliters, has been the back up band for Bob Hope, Andy Williams, Doc Severinsen, The Supremes, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Marilyn McCoo and many other well-known entertainers. He performs as soloist, clinician, jazz contest adjudicator, guest conductor, free-lance musician and dance band leader throughout the year.
