MATT WITEK’s musical approach to drums has caught the attention of today’s most prolific musicians. He has toured with John Pizzarelli Quartet, Ken Peplowski, Larry Fuller Trio, Justin Kauflin Trio, Graham Dechter Quartet, and Katie Thiroux. His passion for drumming goes beyond the small group as he is becoming an in-demand big band drummer. Matt has performed with the Woody Herman Orchestra led by Frank Tiberi, Roger Neumann’s “Rather Large Ensemble” and played for big band sessions at Capitol Studios.
