In his pre-Eugene days, bassist SCOOP MCGUIRE had the pleasure of performing for many years with singer/songwriter Shana Morrison, Delta blues guitarist Roy Rogers, famed Irish balladeer Ron Kavana and roots guitarist Jim Campilongo amongst others. These days, Scoop is part of the swampytonking Henry Cooper Trio, the Americana flavored Porch Band, and Melissa Ruth and the Likely Stories. He also writes, records and produces, mostly with his Boston based friend, Irish singer/songwriter Bob Bradshaw.
