Artist statement and teaching philosophy
“I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds. I believe music should bring joy to a person’s life as well as the opportunity to connect with other people. As a teacher, I believe the student’s goals should shape the direction and content of private lessons. I encourage my students to explore different types of music and find the instrument or style that speaks to them. I welcome students of all ages and abilities.”
