Shedd Welcomes Ticket Pricing & Discounts
Regular Shedd Institute group, individual package and youth/college discounts do not apply to Shedd Welcomes events. Unlike Shedd produced or presented programs, pricing and ticketing options for Shedd Welcomes concerts and events are established by the presenting organization, so please read details carefully. In most cases, tickets are sold by The Shedd Ticket Office and online at theshedd.org, but not in all. Please call The Shedd Ticket Office at 541.434.7000 if you need assistance.
Ticketing Policies
In most cases, tickets to Shedd Welcomes events are sold throught The Shedd Ticket Office. In some cases, tickets are sold by the presenting organization as well.
All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price.
Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee.
Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility.
Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.
Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. Ticket is only good for seat specified.
Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.
The Shedd Institute is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or acquired from a second party.
Each Shedd Institute ticket is a revocable license; management reserves all rights.

Our home, The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts, hosts Shedd Welcomes concerts in the 825-seat Jaqua Concert Hall and in the 175 seat The Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Living Room. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.
Getting To The Venues
The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Recital Hall entrances are on Broadway. Handicapped access is through the black iron gates. Free evening parking is available in the lots immediately North of the building and there is nearby on-street and off-street pay parking as well.
Performance Rules
Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger others will result in immediate eviction from the premises.
No cameras, video or recording devices permitted on the premises.
Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, may not be used in the concert hall during the performance.
Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed.
Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.
