BRANDON B. WEAVER (Max Detweiler) is a resident of Hillsboro and a native Oregonian. As an early student of Professor Bernie Kuehn (founder of the Oregon Chorale), Brandon was taught that the voice was a powerful and versatile instrument and has never forgotten it. This is Brandon’s third show at the Shedd, the first as Watty in Lady Be Good and next as Hasler in The Pajama Game. Over the last 17 years, he has made appearances on many stages in and around the Washington County area, including the Lakewood: South Pacific, She Loves Me; the Broadway Rose: The Music Man, Guys and Dolls; Hillsboro Artists Regional Theatre: ART, Reunion, Laughter On the 23rd Floor; and the Theater In the Grove: Chicago, God of Carnage, The Full Monty, August: Osage County. Brandon is thrilled to return to The Shedd for a third production this season and is grateful to have had this opportunity to perform with the extraordinary musicians, performers and artists who work and perform there, as well as getting to work with Robert Ashens.
