Individual Package. Individual purchases of 3 to 5 different OFAM 2016 performances receive a ~10% discount and purchases of 6 to 8 different OFAM 2016 performances receive a ~15% discount. The Evening and Matinee Ticket Package prices represent a 15% discount. The Whole 9 Yards Package price reflects an approximate 20% discount.

Group Sales Discounts. Purchases of a group of 6-14 tickets to a single concert receive a ~10% discount. Purchases of a group of 15+ tickets to a single concert receive an approximate 15% discount.

Youth Discounts. Youth high school & younger receive a discount that ranges from 35% to 50%, depending on the show. Youth tickets are already discounted and cannot be used towards other discount options (packages, groups sales, special coupons, etc.).

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are calculated per ticket and are rounded up the the nearest 25 cents.

Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed.

Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.

Our home, The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts, hosts festival concerts in the 800-seat Jaqua Concert Hall. Lectures and films take place in the 180 seat The Recital Hall. Ticketing and receptions are in The Living Room. On- and off-street pay & free parking options surround the building.

The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts is located on the corner of East Broadway & High Street in downtown Eugene. Jaqua Concert Hall and Recital Hall entrances are on Broadway. Handicapped access is through the black iron gates on East Broadway. Limited free evening parking is available in the lot immediately North of the building and there is nearby pay parking as well.

All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price.

Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee.

Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility.

Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change.

Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. Ticket is only good for seat specified.
