OFAM 2019 music director Chuck Redd and his Festival big band launch our 10 day celebration of The Swing Era with a rich sampling from the entire festival: classic big band hits, vocal features, and small group numbers that together a set of numbers not programmed for any other Festival show, will make for a thrilling, densely-packed overview of the Era and its brilliant and innovative practitioners. Look for classics from Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, the Dorsey Brothers, Duke Ellington, and more.
